Additional Charge Policy:
Rollaway beds $10.00. Pets Allowed at $14/night/Pet.All Cottages and Rooms have fireplaces. Smoking is allowed however we clean everything between customers. Carpet and drapes once a month unless needed earlier. Most smoke smell is usually from fireplace.

Cancellation Policy:
NO CANCELLATION WITHIN 72 HOURS. 1 night charged if not cancelled within time cancellation periods. Policy is subject top change for larger events or when booking multiple rooms. We are very strict on our cancelation policy. Check In time is between 3:00 PM and 9 P.M. Please call to arrange earlier or later check in times.

Deposit Policy:
This hotel requires a deposit equal to the first nights stay. That is refundable within our 72 cancelation policy.
