Application Phase:
A: Contact Eco Crown Hospitality Sales
Contact the Eco Crown Hospitality Sales Director at Omni Management (888) 697-2484 or by email request. mailnetwork@ecocrown.com
B: Disclosure
Receive and review the Agreement to Purchase. Upon receipt, sign, date and return Exhibit A.P.M
C: Application Completion and Submittal
Ten business days after receiving the A.P.M. (14 days if you are an Alberta or Ontario resident or your property will be in Alberta or Ontario), fill out the application and return it with the application fee and supporting documents including, articles of incorporation (if applicable), etc.
You receive your program package.
For Ownership Package (only)
D: Application Review for Ownership Package
Your application for ownership will be reviewed by our Review Committee.
E: License Agreement
After your application has been approved, you will receive a License/Eco Crown Hospitality Agreement. Read the document carefully. Wait at least 5 business days as required by province /state and provincial /federal laws. Then, sign and date the agreement where indicated and submit any ancillary documents. Return all documents to Ownership Sales.
Payment plan option for member fees (semi - annual, plus interest )
Purchasing regulation: If you own more than one property you must purchase one ownership per property.
